Are you born with Ethics?
We are not born with ethics they are learned.
Where do Ethics come from?
Ethics come from each indiviuals personal upbringing. Each individual
learns personal values and ethics from parents (or guardians), teachers,
religious upbringing etc..
Do some people have Ethics and others don't?
Yes, but sadly not everyone has good ethics or moral behaviour. Some
people would put profit or personal gain ahead of responsible behaviour.
What do you feel employers look for when considering
if someone is Ethical?
A successful business man once told me that the secret to his success
was to surround himself with the best people. If you were to surround
yourself with the best people, you would want those people to share the
same commitment to honesty, trust and integrity. More employers today
realize that good ethics equals more business and therefore more profits.
Sucessful businesses are looking for honest, responsible employees,
who are committed to providing their customers with the best
service or product possible.
