This is an invitation to fellow and future Call Centre Program Learners.
We dedicate this Page to all Call Centre Learners and Learning Managers as a
continuing resource on Ethics and the Call Centre.
During our research we have found that there is almost no information
on this subject at this time. We wish to give you the opportunity to
continue to add information to this Web Site for future Learners and
even Employers to use as a reference for developing a
Code of Ethics for Call Centres.
